Jeff Villenas is the CEO and founder of Picasso Scalp Micropigmentation and has been in the hair industry for more than 8 years.He is an Aveda Institute Beacon Winner (2013), hosted the first ever Scalp Micropigmentation training at Toni & Guy academy course, and is an internationally trainer and award-winning Scalp Micropigmentation expert. Jeff started as a barber, launching the popular Chicago, IL barbershop franchise, Rockstar Fades. Picasso Scalp Micropigmentation is in Chicago,IL , Los Angeles, CA and Austin, TX. Jeff’s was sponsored by the FYT PROTEAM a team of elite Scalp Micropigmentation artists from across the world. Jeff has served thousands of clients, establishing his reputation as one of the most seasoned and skilled S.M.P. specialists in the Midwest region of the U.S. Jeff Villenas has won numerous international awards for SMP, is owner of Leaders SMP Academy, a Scalp Micropigmentation training academy.

Elsa Torresiani, CPCP, CL is a well established, highly educated & experienced Permanent Cosmetic & Paramedical Tattoo Artist. Specializing in scar & stretch mark revisions & camouflage, & corrections. After enduring 30 stitches from a dog attack Elsa Torresiani, CPCP, CL (Founder & Owner of Flawless inc.) was frustrated with applying cosmetic makeup everyday to hide her scars on her face. Once she discovered Permanent Makeup- which restored her face after 2 reconstruction surgeries, Elsa later decided to go to school for Permanent Cosmetics & Microblading. With a 10+ year background in the beauty industry as a Cosmetologist the transition was smooth. Now Elsa is one of the Mid-West’s & NYC’S top artists. She opened a second practice in her home town of NYC in 2019. Highly trained, skilled, & caring Elsa tries to exceed her clients & students expectations.
